Why is Daemond so hard!

Even after he dies, the dogs keep coming in multiple waves. Is it supposed to be this hard?

Have you devs considered that killing a specific mob will stop waves from coming? just an idea

What level are your characters? Minimum recommended is 4 (5 might be a safer option as you get a 4th ability unlock then). Gear makes a big difference too, so I'd recommend getting Rare gear on everyone first.

lvl 4-6. Yeah I guess I could do with better gear.

Have you tried killing the big scary white wolf that summons the extra wolves/dogs when it howls? Assuming its got the same abilities from pre-1.0 times.

Quest seems bugged either way. I decided to spare him and the fight still starts. Also - the fight is really kind of a meme for supposedly 2 skulls. I even took out the main guy out of the equation almost the entire fight with my cryomancer and it still was just stupid.

Are you on the latest update? We put out a patch that fixed that a few days ago.

Nah, ran into it, had to reload, decided to try it again once I outlevel it. Thanks for the quick fix!

Curiousity got me… since there’s a story, does unique bosses like him drop any unique loot else wouldnt people just generally spare him?

Ya, he does drop a Named bow if you decide to kill him.
