Report a translation problem
Would you mind the following:
When starting the game, add the following argument (that's arguments to the game executable itself):
You can set the argument by selecting "properties" over Fell Seal in your Steam Client games list, then in the "General" tab, clicking on "Set Launch options..."
If that doesn't work, could you try:

The first one should be the one that could be fixing the issue, but perhaps one of the other 2 might.

I first tried using the -force-glcore as you suggested and it worked. I stopped trying after that. If you like, I can try the other suggestions to see if they also fix the issue.
