Halloween encounter
I was trying to find my missing achievement when i read that there is a halloween encounter on drakesmouth seaway but i can't trigger it. Anyone has any idea?

How far are you in the story? The dialogue that enables the event is at Port Grendel, and it only triggers after a certain story point (Bardvig Aqueduct).

Once you've triggered the Port Grendel event, you go to Restful Stones to trigger the Halloween event.
