Altho i wanted to test aswell Lich\Fell for a deathknight combo
I think in-line with what Mechalibur mentioned, you might be able to use a Scythe with the Know Weakness to boost your crit rate and when you do crit, scythes have increased crit damage. Then slap the Fellblade's skill set on any class that can use a scythe (I guess Templar?) to make it happens.
The next combination may be less of what I would consider a Death Knight, but just theorycrafting at this point. The Assassin's Dual Wield, two different daggers to afflict different effects such as Tongueslicer for Mute and/or Kunai for Cripple. Throw in Alchemystic's Side Effects to deal damage upon afflicting a negative status effect and then use the Fellblade's Chaos Slice to afflict a random debuff that the enemy doesn't have immunity.
