How to win Ep1 NeW York - Ch2 Tunnel vision at least on normal difficulty? O_O
I understand that at the end I need to defend both sides of the train. I tried to defend it from above to decrease necessity to move around and I still fail. Do I need a specific class?

My suggestion is to you to play with the Exterminator class. Do as the follow as mandatory:
- Pick the perk where you start with Ak-47
- Pick the perk which gives you the multiple-shot rockets

From here you build up your play focusing around improving the Ak-47 and fire damage. Pick the Ak-47 perk that reloads your weapon whenever you throw an equipament (molotov). Also, increasing your fire damage on perks also helps with the multiple shot rocket launcher.

Now remember to not waste your rockets. Do not use it a single time, hold to your heavy weapon until that part.

Once you reach that area I suggest you to keep on the lower part. Don't bother using the tunnel boring machine. Just keep shooting at the side the swarm comes first and as soon as you see the warning that the train needs to be protected, you start shooting at the zombies swaming the train. Use your Ak-47 perk to your advantage so you don't need to waste time reloading. If for some reason you see that the time is running up, don't be afraid to use your multi rockets. But I suggest you to save some of them to the worst part.
The worst part is when the swarm attack from both sides. Here you don't think twice, as soon as you see the swarm building a good amount on both sides, use your multishot rock launcher on both sides. Usually one rocket can damage zombies on the other side, but it's not enought to clear the entire swarm, so run to the other side and use the heavy weapon there as well.

As a tip for challenge modes, avoid toxic or expert fetish ones like rookie or mass contamination. Whenever you see cannon fodder don't think twice and go to theres as long as the game allows you. This makes document finding alot easier.

I managed to win in co-op with Hellraiser class, but in solo I still fail it and I don't understand why. Does the game end as soon as a zombie get on top of the train from either side of the train?

If you're honest yourself, just give me solution.
lol what should i be honest over? the question i asked? :p makes no sense lol but i can tell you. when you are there at the map, when you have to defend the 2 sides, theres a time limit before they break in which appear in a timer at the left corner while in game and thats all. no special class nedded or anything just killl the zombies before they break in when you see the timer
easiser said then done when bots barely do anything and keep looking straight down at the ground because their ai said to target what closest to them when they dont have clear lines of sight , the correct way to deal bots barely do anything is spam heavy weapons as quickly as you can also force them to pick up heavy weapons

Hi, sorry, guys, I were playing hordes last games. I'll reply later when I return to document hunting.

offtopic - BTW, I wished to collect 3 documents for sports rifle upgrade and somehow I collected 3 the same type documents.. I was so disappointed that I need to do 2 more or, I don't know anymore, 6 more documents to get a damage upgrade? The damage mod description said to find only 3 documents. Feels like a scam.
Heavy weapon. especially rocket and MGL will help you when both side of train be threaten. Picked an heavy weapon I noticed with full ammo. Stand in the plat, use tier III weapon clean one side of zombie, you will only have about a bit time to clear other side. Run to other side, turning to heavy weapon and BOOB. It is a good way to solve the problem. Hope helpful. Want respond.

Would kind of help a LOT if Sabre had included two health bars - one for each side of the train. Sometimes I think wounded zombies crawling under the piles of dead ones finish off the unknown health of the train car.
If you're really having trouble in solo, before hitting ready, activate some of the mutators, like "What was that boom?" which gives explosive ammo to your main weapon.

Thanks for help!

I'll try all tips once I return to document hunting.

Was solving it for quite a while too, here's what i've came up with eventually. The main trick was not clearing the whole pyramids in the end during the train defense, so the next train wave doesn't start immediately.
