How to play PVP match

Is everyone can play PVP like scavenger and other ? i click on mulitplayer search any match i keep stuck at searching for players. Do i need invite friend?

Most people play coop. Even three years ago you needed a group/community like discord or reddit to help with the PVP achievements. I haven't played PVP since then, but I imagine its gotten worse.

You just have to wait. 5, 10, 15 minutes.
Done the PvP achievements lately, but they are extreme tedious. You either need some friends, or get lucky (f.e. players leaves the game) to get Owner & Scavenger.
