Can’t play with friends online
Sent game invites to a friend a vice versa. It appears as if we’re in same lobby but it’s either one of us has a no ready button.

Also tried the cross play code invite and same issue. Is there a fix to this? Online with random players works just fine. But we purchase this game entire for the reason that we could play it together.

Felt disappointed wasting money.

It could be a bug related to the party system. When you have the bug, try pressing Q and E to change tabs, then the arrow keys up and down to navigate the lobby menu. Press enter on ready.

You can fix this bug by kicking your friend from party and reinviting them, or using the above method to play a mission. After which, the mouse will work in the menu again.

If this does not help, then you can try the majority rules to start a game. This means that when 2/3 or 3/4 of the players are ready, the lobby will start a countdown timer to start the game.

Hey there! Could you check your Blocklist in case you accidentally added your friend there? In some cases, it could be related to that. Let us know if that helps.

Not blocked.. we already check it prior to posting. We were playing normally and finish a mission. The next day we all can't play online together anymore.

Could you please contact our support team via the dedicated website: https://support.saber.games/ ? We will need additional information on your case for the investigation.

As mentioned in my previous post.. they appear to be in the lobby but they're actually not cause the only available menu they have is like when they're in the main lobby not the matching waiting lobby where the ready button is there.

Are you in a private lobby? You can try loading into a private lobby (story or daily/weekly challenges) and go into the "Game Settings", then turn on the peer-to-peer servers. Then invite your friend. If that doesn't work, either disable whatever VPNs you/your friends are using or use the same regional settings (USA or EU may be best).

This has happened to a few people that I used to play with, but I don't exactly remember how they fixed it. You may have to verify files or even try playing on a different PC to see if it helps. Whatever the cause, I hope you manage to get it fixed. Can you or your friend both connect to public matches without issues?

Necroing this to post I had exactly this same problem, even with peer2peer mode (which is how we preffered to play). Neither of us use VPN's. Ever since it happened, neither of us can invite each other to our lobbys.

Hello! Please, verify whether you and your friend play the Steam version of the game. Also, let us know your connection regions. More importantly, paste your KSIVA codes here (here's how to get the codes: https://support.saber.games/hc/en-us/articles/4418997754385-How-to-Report-an-Issue). We will investigate your report on our end.
