Is internet required for Aftermath?

I own the game on Epic and the base game is playable offline. Unfortunately, content from Aftermath such as additional maps and first person view is not accessible offline.

Does the Steam version require internet to access Aftermath content?

I have Aftermath.
It can be played offline with bots as teammates in first person view.
