I would say it would be more worth to buy the base game bundled with the Aftermath DLC as it brings a lot more to the base game (you can look that up on the Steam store page). The other DLCs, not so much.
Try it for an hour and a half. Explore all the games features, play a round and that will give you a pretty good idea of whether it's for you or not. Refund within two hours play time if it's not for you.
