Power Shot perk on Fixer

So, does increased penetration from this perk make the sporting carbine penetration value increase from a 2 to a 3?

If it is the one about all semi-auto rifles then yes. It depends on the stats of the weapon with you current weapons perks etc, but it should also effect the sniper rifle, and battle rifle.

A lot of people did testing on Power Shot a while ago. Power Shot actually give you +2 pentration for a total value of 4. Power Shot also work with all semi and burst weapons too. Even the hybrid perk for the Bullpup gets +2 penetration in full auto mode. Power Shot also applies +2 penetration after explosive ammo reduce weapon pentration to 0. People who know how to use Fixers are glass cannons with explosive ammo.
