Am I too impatient or Corporate Power Nap (Fixer) just doesn't work sometimes?
(Title)

It's after being unequipped. You're probably being impatient. Also, are you the level 30, prestige 4 fixer? If you're playing with someone who is a fixer but isn't level 30 and prestige 4, the perk won't apply.

can you reformulate your question into something that is not gibberish?

What do you mean "doesn't work" ?

Description says "Unequipped weapon automatically reloads every 10 seconds [...]".

Is this supposed to mean "every 10 from the beginning of an episode" or does the countdown start the moment you switch weapons?

If it's the latter, then either I'm just being impatient, or there's no reloading even after 10 seconds (again, "sometimes").
Or the set time isn't actually "10 seconds".

I am Prest' 4 and Lv30 Fixer, yeah.
I'll take it as impatience and train my sense of timing, then

This is most likely. I play Prestige 4, level 30 fixer and never encountered this problem, but that's probably because the only time I bother with a sidearm is a PDW/Gernade launcher/flare gun/machine pistol and I'm definitely using them for more than 10 seconds. My primary is always reloaded when I switch back.

Corporate Power Nap isn't one of the prestige perks, it's the level 30 perk for Fixer.

The perk you're thinking of, that actually does require Prestige 4, is Bounty Hunter. (Deal 10% more damage to special zombies)

Yeah, I realized that a few days ago, but it appears that he's just switching back to primary too fast.

I should've added that specification ("Lv30 Fixer Perk") in the title, but yeah, I'm just being too quick/impatient.

I'm going to take a long while to get the timing right and get used to it > <

Just pick up a machine pistol, PDW, or nade launcher and you'll easily spend 10 seconds using those.
