Why can't I get the skin after completing Extinction Mode?

I have completed the game with a team several times before, but still did not get the skin. I deleted the game and re-downloaded it, but still did not get it. Does anyone know what is going on?

hmm, i eventually got it.
i start playing it again from stage 1 and got it after finishing the stage 3

They previously said it would be several months until the next round starts. You are not supposed to get any new skin from extinction mode until they finish the first circle which is 12 weeks.

Completely wrong comment.
The circle started 5 weeks ago with Tokyo (Episode 4). New skins (there are currently only 3) are released on Episode 1.
So from start and the 1st skin to the 2nd skin it was 5 weeks.

Now the rotation goes through all 8 Episodes and the last skin (Chainsaw) will drop on 23th December. Again Episode 1, Ney York.

Skin dropped for me without issue on Monday.

Running on the latest version. Also, a few days ago I sent my save to you guys by email, they replied that they would analyze it but I never heard back. I've already redid NY Extinction probably 3 or 4 more times, and I still have the skin locked.
