Next time it happen to you , stop walking and notice how your crosshair is way above your head , and try aiming and watch your character try to catch up the crosshair .
There's also a similar bug with first person view where if you crouch, the camera will go upward. The game definitely has camera issues that have been around for a while.
Long story short, Saber does what they want to do and WYSIWYG. They fix what they feel like fixing when they feel like it and ignore the things they can't or don't want to fix.
