I've seen some posts with same problems and you asking them for KSIVA code , isn't it better to check your servers status instead of fixing individual problems , so everyone have good experience ?
Hello, ****.
We apologize for the late response. Our team has been researching this issue for quite some time and based on the investigation results, we cannot identify the cause of this issue.
This issue is almost certainly caused by packet loss or an unstable internet connection. We hope to improve our server system in the future.
Still, unfortunately, the process of applying these changes takes time and cannot be done immediately.
Thank you for being so patient, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that was caused.
Regards,

i tried telling them it's just not me but all the other 3 random players in my lobbies are over 180 ping. I mean who's that lobby for? None of us have a decent ping. Just like OP i am facing all this after the new DLC release.
if that's the case , they're 100% mistaken because I have very fast fiber connection with D and U and every other game works fine with me , and bout pocket loss I also aware about this and I know how to deal with it , so long story short , after the update they messed up pings for peoples whom have no server in their country , and i assumed you are from India so they just queue you with random servers , cuz i used to play in UK servers or EU in general and i have a good ping for me and all team but now if i was hosting im the one with good ping all others are 250+ and same if i try to join game im the only one with 200+
Even with 3K players, the queue times are longer than when there were only 1k players before the DLC.
One thing that Zombie Army 4 (the 3rd didn't have one, so doesn't B4B...) did right is implement a very simple 'host' viewer.
Like joining a high ping random group, was a mess, getting killed by invisible rubber-band-network zombies all the time. Wasn't fun, I could see people just refunding after such an experience.
Other-wise one of the best co-op shooter survival out there !
Give us a simple server/host selection/viewer! :P
Or at-least have a filter to select what maximum ping one is willing to play in a group etc. Ie; Like the old CS browser, could select max. 50ms, 100ms, 150ms etc etc
I wouldn't say it's dying in terms of players wanting to play, but more so that it's dying because Saber is killing the game by running it into the ground with half baked content, poor execution of game design and their lack of due care and attention to details, ensuring their game is polished and running as smooth as possible with as little problems as absolutely possible. Company and dev ambition just doesn't seem to be there anymore and if that's not the problem, it's surely a big part of it. The higher ups are also making all the business decisions, deadlines, etc. It's likely a combination of corner cutting, bad devs and bad project management. Last but not least, the foremost and biggest problem combined with it all is Matthew Karch, Andrey Iones, Tim Willits, Anton Krupkin and Todd Hollenshead - all of which seem to favour avidity driven acquisitiveness that steers and drives the company.
Players are fed up with the constant breakages and game problems. Server connectivity issues are unquestionably among those problems that seem to get worse over time. A lot of things seem to get swept under the rug, the community is more than aware of it and can't be bothered to support a game from a company that doesn't truly support the customers or players anymore, beyond the absolute bare minimum.
They can't even be bothered to implement a client nor server side anticheat system to at least try to protect their players better. They can't even seem to correct network connectivity and latency issues in a span of almost nearly a couple months. Saber expects everyone in the community to do all the heavy lifting for them and report cheaters to them, all so they can save a few bucks. IMO, that is shameful, ridiculously cheap and lazy.
All the above is generally why players are becoming more and more disinterested in this game and walking away. The network connectivity issues should have been fixed weeks ago. Players can only tolerate the incompetence for so long before they give up.
I play this game with my friend we haven't experienced any network issues. I would even say that playing on 200 ping in this game is barely noticeable in terms of lag or bullet registration. I'm on PC and he's on Xbox.
I have played this game for over 400 hours and also never encountered a cheater.
Where do you guys live? And what game modes are you searching?
We find games in challenges modes pretty much instantly, if you are searching on easy or normal difficulty it might take longer.
But yes: a server browser would be great. If they expand this game it could become the new L4D.
Just because you and your friend are lucky nor care about the 200 ping because you don't feel that you notice it doesn't mean there isn't an underlying problem. If you don't believe it's an issue, you should go to a search engine and search 'world war z network issues' and 'world war z connection issues' and start doing some reading. These issues are more than highly documented on the internet and these issues have been reported and discussed over a span of years. Saber is more than aware of these problems and has been for a very long time.
It also doesn't matter what game mode is chosen. The problem persists regardless. Sure most of the vets are playing on harder game modes, but even on those game modes, many are experiencing match making problems. Matchmaking problems have been a problem for literally years.
I do agree that this game needs a hell of a lot more love than it's gotten and is getting. It's total lack of due care and attention to details that is dragging WWZ down into a pit of tar. Pride in their work has taken a back seat for a very long time.
Take the main menu for example. It might not seem important, but the little details do matter. If you're on PC (not sure about console as I don't play console, but feel free to test it), move your mouse from the far left to about quarter of the way to the right side of your screen and then move the mouse up and down. You can hear the mouseover audio when you move your mouse along the Y axis. The menu frame extends almost to the center of the screen and it shouldn't be like that. The menu width itself and the mouseover audio should stop at the widest area of the main menu not half way across the screen. Saber's attention to the fine details simply is nearly nonexistent. The main menu has been like that for years and they've done absolutely nothing to polish it to make it feel more professional. It's as though Saber has no true pride nor passion for what they're doing anymore. They've been told about this several times, but still that little detail hasn't been polished in years.
So, when people keep complaining about the network issues and connectivity or latency problems, it's because the problem does exist, is very real and little to nothing has been done to address the situation(s) that are slowly killing this game's enjoyment, its growth, the community and the game's popularity overall.
and this guy @Orb
bro you just lucky , and I was too before the update , maybe when they mess up your server you will fill this kind of compliments .
People don't realize that most people do not have these issues, forums are a echo chamber of negativity because people mostly use forums to point out issues which skewes the perspective. If you have ever worked in IT or Development you know this.
Yes this game might have issues but people saying the game is dying or complete garbage or that the devs have no clue what they are doing have absolutely no clue what they're talking about.
I am not lucky, I am one of the majority players who can play fine without issues. The people here are unlucky because they're a small minority which are experiencing issues.
You have posted this nearly 3 weeks ago and you have put out 0 helpful information, whose problem is this? Its yours.
