Possible (and fun) for two players in private coop?

it is fun to play even with just two players - I play it solo mostly and it is fun and managable to finish on Hard without much issues

Another question about it.. we have to play with the Bots then to complete our team? So when playing solo you play it with bots in your group? I have read something about Bots in the meantime, that is why i ask.

It's a pretty good game, in solo or coop, the re-playability is huge, the devs are putaing big update every 4 month adding weapons, maps, new zombies ect. I don't regret at all that's a pretty cool zombie killing game

That's what we always do.
We are now playing like a speed-run session in the hardest difficulty, and it is fun to play.

yes - the game has 4 player team and if you play just with your friend - two other players will be bots

Sure. That's how i play with my mate. But: If you want to stand a chance at higher difficulty, you may prefer human players over bots to fill the free slots.
Btw: Since the last Upgrade, this game can even be closed - no joke, it did break itself before by a non-sending report.

Btw: I have for this game the same performance on Linux as i have on W11. Pretty cool.
