Audio Bug When Picking Items Up
When players or bots pick up a Medkit or other various items, the player's character says things like, "Check this out!", "Hey, come take a look at this!" or other phrases after the item has been picked up. Could you fix this so that doesn't happen? It's quite annoying when the audio happens as we never know if it's someone actually targeting something or not and it wastes our time looking around to see nothing targeted.

Please fix.

this reminds me of another small oversight that breaks immersion. I hope you don't mind me plugging into your thread, op

kno how sometimes when we are playing with someone who's mic is picking up audio feedback? you will often hear different phrases on their end. a small pet peeve :2019headphones:

Yeah I agree.

I saw that too, though never reported it. Whats weird is that most of characters have some medkit voice line.

IMHO they should just disable it, since it is confusing.

If you see bugs or hear bugs great or small, report them all. This game needs a bit of a polish. This bug though small is quite irritating.

Not happening. Put your play testers you said Saber has, to work. It's blatantly visible on every single map with every single character. One hour of play testing should be enough for them to point out the problem to the dev team as I described it. Your play testers would have to be either too lazy or completely deaf to not pick up on this bug.

Sorry, but these copypastas are ridiculous and I won't entertain them so I guess this problem will never get fixed like a bunch of others that have been around for literally years having been reported many times in past. Also, how is a picture supposed to capture an audio bug? How ridiculous. What a true copypasta avoidance support kind of response. Ridiculous.
In this case, we are unable to investigate this matter. For your information, our testers need to understand your system; we need to have the DxDiag to try to reproduce this problem on our end with your PC specifications. This is a multifaceted issue that can be influenced by a broad array of factors. Without the vital details, based entirely on description, reproduction is usually impossible to be achieved. Thank you for understanding!

You're literally patronising me. You do not need the Dxdiag info to hear this audio bug! It's a freaking audio bug experienced on both Vulkan and DirextX. It doesn't matter what is used! It happens regardless!

You can literally play the game and hear it whenever a player picks up a medkit or other things. Play the game for yourself and you will hear the phrases I used as examples.

Don't feed me this garbage that your testers need me to record it for you or them to understand the problem. We literally pointed out the exact issue which occurs everywhere on every single map with every single playable game character. Everybody hears the phrases.

Other people have noticed this too. Tell your play testers to do their job, play the game, pick up a medkit and listen to what they say after picking it up. It's that freaking easy! I've given you all vital details needed. Put your test team to work and they will easily hear the audio bug.

JFC how lazy are you Saber? With supposed 'game testers' even they do not hear and report these kinds of little bugs? Who do you have working for you, hamsters on wheels?

Just the other day I found a spelling / gramar mistake on a sign in the game. Yeah, your QA team and testers are doing an amazing job just like support is doing an amazing job at being an avoidance support system. Yeah, your 'game testers' are doing amazing work - not.
We need the DxDiag as it allows us to understand your PC settings and verify whether the problem is global or local. This is especially much needed when we have no video clips or other visual reports. Please note that the QA team is not responsible for the localization as not everyone knows all the languages the game supports. If you believe there is a problem, please, report it by following our report format: https://support.saber.games/hc/en-us/articles/4418997754385-How-to-Report-an-Issue. This is a standard procedure across all games. Thank you for understanding!

Also, note that we have various similar reports based on your description, however, we are unable to verify whether your case is applicable without the video footage. Note that other reports are being investigated. We hope this addresses your concerns.

:steamfacepalm: how is DxDiag going to show them the audio bug in the game? Nothing about DxDiag will. It's not even remotely needed nor required to notice this audio bug in the game. If it's doing it for everybody else as well as myself, then clearly it's not a, "Your computer no work right!" problem. The problem is global as many others have noticed the same audio bug. In fact, every person I have played with or asked about this audio bug also hears it so this isn't a localised problem. This is a game bug - period.

In the time it's taken me to type you all this and you to copypasta the same stuff to me, the time could have been spent actually looking at your own game to see the problem for yourselves. It would take literally no more than playing one level and picking up a medkit, adrenaline, etc. to notice the audio bug. It doesn't happen with equipment bags. Just the medical stuff.

PS: here's a freebie on me, doing the play testers' job for them (and Saber). I know I said I wasn't going to do your job for you guys, but I'm really going out on a stretch to prove to you that your game is the problem. I don't need to run DxDiag to prove this. I know when I'm being told to chase my own tail. If a legally blind guy can find these problems, that's not saying much for the play testing employees working at Saber Interactive. Perhaps you guys should hire some people like me to do the job instead? Anyway, see the links below.

Sign error (also shown in below video): https://imgur.com/a/fdxVs6H
Video of the audio bug and sign error: https://www.veed.io/view/e8e1ae3b-f8f0-4e4b-a7cf-5603bdfe567a?panel=share

Note that the audio bug occurs on every map and every game mode with every single character. That audio clip shouldn't happen unless someone targets something for someone to look at - not after picking up medical supplies. As for the graphic error, wherever that sign shows up in maps it looks exactly the same. It should say isolated not insulated.
Thanks! We will investigate. Sorry for the miscommunication that occurred in the process. Regarding the text on the photo - this is intended; there are no errors. Please, check the meaning of the highlighted word in the respective dictionaries.
