If I have Valley of the Zeke DLC, but my friends don't, can they still play the DLC missions if I host?

Make a private Lobby and send invite Code to your Friends.
They will be able to join, even if they don't have the Zeke Valley DLC.

My Buddy and I just tested this, his DLC is OFF.

Not sure about the new DLC, but your statement is wrong, I was able to play with 3 friends Rome, Marseille and I was the only one who bought the Aftermath update

Yes I actually read so after I posted this, didn't know this. I do think this is a bug but it does seem to work.
