High Ping

Hello! I'm in Singapore region and having average ping of 200+. I'm not using any VPN. Current internet speed is 1Gbps. Kindly assist to investigate this issue. Let me know if require other information. Thank you.

Thanks for the assistance. I tried as per the article. My initial ping was at 200+ and now is reduced to 170+. It is slightly better.

There are several problems with the game, when playing online there is a red connection logo at the top right even though the ping is normal, is it my connection that is bad or the server?

Hello! Please, let us know your KSIVA. Specify your region of connection also. To get the KSIVA code, do the following: in the game's main menu, press Ctrl+Alt+C on your keyboard to trigger it (there will be a message "Watermark Copied"), then press Ctrl+V to paste it here. Oof. WWZ has servers in Singapore. Your latency shouldn't be that high unless you are playing on servers from other regions. There might be problems either on your end or somewhere between you and the WWZ servers.
