and during the announcement it only said PC. It's not on GOG, so where else will they put it up? ubisoft?
It seems to be Epic Exclusive.

Honestly we can't blame devs for turning to EGS to get a bigger profit from their sales because that means they can invest more back into their companies. However, a lot of companies out there only do it for exclusivity so that they can double dip customers on other stores at a later date. It's usually not with the intention to put more back into the company. They know people will buy from EGS, Microsoft or whatever other exclusive platform and then on other stores years later, especially Steam, because that's where a vast amount of PC gamers place their loyalties.
In a recent post, they said it will be exclusive to the Epic game store :(
