Iron sights and jumping
For a long time people were asking for these two fundamental things to be added in gameplay (mostly the first thing, but anyway)

I don't think it's too hard to just add animation of ADSing for each weapon and keeping already implemented mechanics of "minizoom". Changes would be insignificant from gameplay perspective, but overall it's gonna be more attractive to the players visually.

And about jumping... it might cause some of the problem with players finding out some exploits and over all with exception of that, it's gonna be the same as actual ADS - unreasonable to use, but appealing to players and gameplay would feel more... unrestricted? WWZ feels for all this time for me as horizontal as Doom 2.

I could do without jumping, it's not necessary with how traversal mechanics works in this game, although I'd gladly have that too.

But first person aim not actually looking down the guns' sights/scopes, that's so early 2000s.
I don't know about their engine, but I'd bet it's so easy to implement making the sights/scopes in front of you when you aim.

+1 for better iron sights, the ones we have with Aftermath are dissappointing.
If the Aftermath would be only about it, I'd leave it, not really a selling point at this quality.

As for jumping, I don't think it's required here, as all the leveldesign is built around TPS mechanics, and no places where the jumping would be really essential.
