Oh, and one last things, play the game you talk about, or OPEN YOUR EYES. Because talking about SMG level 1, pistol, and 3 weapons in total you can carry so you allways can have a silenced.... uh, what ? how now ?
-SMG level 1 have been fùcked by choice of DEVs, so erase this. Simple.
-1st Pistol have been ♥♥♥♥♥♥ by bug, so now its LOUD when its stated it is silenced. so yeah erase this too.
So how do you play silent now ? 2 Class have this configuration.
SLASHER and MEDIC. Slaasher its ez because in the start you can slash everything to clean path for your mate.
Medic ? well uh.... the class that are supposed to help the team, especially early game, will now fùck up everyone ? yep Good job on the DEVs for not even testing the game before they launch the update.
and why its a problem ? oh.... ITS NOT LIKE WE WILL HAVE A PATCH REALLY SOON !!! you know why ?? Because fùcking crossplatform, mean take time to make a patch or update passing the CERT for all Console.

Most weapons at lvl 0 were barebones variants, with low stats, low mag capacity, no silencer. Then next level was adding more damage (visually indicated by longer barrel, or some sort of sight), and more ammo capacity (mag got bigger), and finally suppressor (which was now hanging off your rifle). Or you could go with the other branch of upgrade tree, one that focused on close-quarters, so your gun wasn't getting big damage and accuracy boosts, but was getting handling and reload time boosts. All indicated by model changes.
Previous system was simple, but elegant and effective. You could join a lobby of randoms and with one quick look ascertain how good (or bad) their guns were and what abilities those guns had. It was also surprisingly realistic for such "silly" game. I guess that's why devs decided to ditch it and replace with current mess.
if you guys bothered to read - it stated in MANY places here in discussions that after this update the starting pistol is broken and silencer dosent work on it like it is supposed to

After a day, I was able to unlock my secondary shotgun Silencers since all of my Classes are in minimum Prestiege 4 with Level 30 Class.
BTW: If you were able to purchased the Unique version of a weapon using Blue coins before the update, your blue coins will be refunded and you should be able to purchase it based on how much it cost before the update. For example, for the Grenade Launcher(Thumper), Blue coin total before the update is 500. After the update, the skin cost 50 blue coins and the fire perks cost around 450 blue coins. Also, for the Perk slot of each weapon, the top slot has a different perk list but the 2nd and 3rd slot are using shared perk list. Most perks can be purchased by Gold Coin, and some are Blue coin or even Collecting 3 documents in a specific Chapter.

there you will have show/hide silencer
most guns should have silencers - you can press R to view gun and you can add silencer there but this is mostly cosmetic - if the gun has Silenced listed as its features - even without silencer on it will not break stealth
Thanks for a respond Wolf, and please let me confirm 1 thing; Can I have an effective silencer for The Sporting Carbine (T-2 Semi Auto Rifle)? Can it be used for stealth?
