Can I get banned for using a savegame?

So, I used to play this game a lot, had like 400h in it, then the epic launcher somehow deleted my saves, and I stopped playing the game. Now I've bought it on steam, and I'm thinking of downloading a savegame with everything unlocked, since I had pretty much everything unlocked anyway.
My question is, is it possible to get banned for using someone elses savegame?
If that said person who uploaded it used hacks for more money or xp or something, is it possible for me to get banned for using that savegame? There is no way for me to know if said player unlocked the stuff legitimately.

Well, i beat all the maps on highest difficulty before (except rome and kamchatka ones which are new and havent played them at all, and had all weapons unlocked and maxed out. So technically if I use a savefile that has more or less the same thing in it it's not cheating. Just wondering if the game bans you like other games.

For example in dark souls you can get banned for using backups of your own savegame.
