hehe I always write such comment when someone ask about ES related isssue (karma is a b*tch :P)
but on a serious note - yeah I would love to know it ;-)
Yeah people don't seem to understand locking features like this fragment the playerbase. It was a common tactic back in the days (IE COD map packs for example) and it's not healthy long term.
I expect it to be more of a toggle on/off feature to add immersion/difficulty.
If its a simple toggle then yeah I can see it being locked behind aftermath. If it has its own game mode then it should be part of the qol update that aftermath will bring. Otherwise, fragmentation will happen.
Third person lets you see more, plain and simple.
If first person animation turns out to be garbage then I'm just not going to use it.
