We have numerous threads/post stating this.
Hell, you can flat out see what they are playing on too for the consoles while you are in the lobby. You'll see the Xbox or the PS logo next to their name.
Everyone is mixed in together Windows Store, Epic, Steam, Xbox, and PS.

Forums have been saying this non-stop so I dont know why he is saying otherwise.
This, but we dont have to use that badly designed clunky Epic to do so :D
because the game cross plays between xbox and PS as well lol

My friend on epic has the base WWZ game (not the aftermath) and i bought mine on steam but we cant connect to each other party even with the invite code. Is this a bug or base WWZ cant play together with aftermath owners?
