Hackers with 999 level everywhere. Why do you even cheat in a co-op game ...

lots of people are lvl 999 because the game has been out on Epic Game Store for a while.

You can indeed tell by the way some play that they just pumped everything up to 99999.
But you do know transferring the save file from Epic to Steam is incredibly easy, right?
This was released there first over 2 years ago.

It's not just file transfers. Apparently, some stupid sh*t Epic was doing was causing people's saves to delete themselves and progress to be lost. So the developers just put out a file to basically unlock absolutely everything. A band-aid fix to an amputation. But again, blame Epic because they just mess everything up.

It's funny because a good portion of these players are trash... I'm like level 41 or so right now, and i've been doing overall better than most 999 players. I've seen some players with like level 400 up to 800 that play really well, i assume these ones actually put effort into leveling.

999 players have everything unlocked, best weapons, perks and whatnot i assume, yet, they have worst results than new players starting from 1.

You can always tell when they have no idea how to play their class, or the game in general. The benefit of levelling up normally is that you're forced to appreciate the little advantages each perk offers, along with having enough missions under your belt to understand the role of your chosen class.
I say let them get on with it. They're the ones embarrassing themselves as they get downed every five minutes, despite all their upgrades, and they're the ones who will give up on the game after a week because there's no sense of progression.

Level 999 = Scam LMAO, I've been playing several games before, First i thought they're old player, I guess they know the game pretty well, But later, i was wrong XD

Either that or he played the first few months of release when there was a way to get over 15 levels an hour from a specific mission in chapter 2 or 3.

I got gifted it on steam so I have a 921 on Epic Games. Got to like high 50s low 60s in 2 days on Steam version. Higher difficulty and an effective group makes for easy leveling. There are also 2 missions which are better then others to grind for exp per hour if your an efficiency nut like some are.

Besides being level 999 doesn't meant they wont get destroyed if they are in fact doing any of what is suggested or suspected by above so it really doesn't matter. That said enforcing a latency lock would be very welcomed since this game has latency issues in co-op multiplayer as it is without having someone from China intentionally playing in the wrong region for who knows why.

Its not a hack omfg...its a braindead console players, that own the game from the very beginning and still don't know what they are doing, having 999 levels lol.

If you see console player not having 999 level - don't even waste your time playing with them, they unlikely even know the name of the game they are playing

Thats a pretty toxic approach. Better to play with them and if they do really stupid stuff then block them so your less likely to be paired with them again. This way you don't alienate some of the better console peasa- I mean warriors.

Unfortunately man, 99% of them are like those so you as well can just block them all. Most likely any 1 level PC player will have better overall results at the end of the mission than most of them.
A good thing is - you can disable crossplatform in this game, thank god.

Yes, Unfortunately you won't get paired with other PC players who have it enabled which is the vast majority. Compared que times during prime time and it was like 5 second ques versus about 8 or 9 minute ques. I'm pretty tolerant but that doesn't mean I want to be on my free time. I mean who would? We should be able to kick back an enjoy ourselves without having to deal with bads. So I tried it out. But life is seldom if ever fair so crossplatform it is because forget long ques.

Best bet would be to find a group of competent people and group with them. If I ever find one thats the plan anyway.
