You can still use in game commands.
F1 Yes
F2 No
F3 Follow me
F4 Mark item / enemy
Not sure if Fx are default keys but you can bind then like that.
No cross-talk across platforms yet.
You guys can still play together at least. Plus you guys can voice chat over Discord as an alternative.
That ignorant propaganda... Steam API doesn't allow any cross-play.
If not EGS services or SwarmEngine own implementation you wouldn't be able to play with anyone apart from people on Steam.
So it would be no consoles, not MS store, etc.
No wonders Devs didn't implement cross-play voice chat, it probably would cost too much, and they would need to maintain 4 APIs (Steam, Xbox, PS4, EGS) and have dedicated servers for voice chat.
You probably can find alternatives for voice chat alone.
Try Discord.
I've been playing WWZ for a couple of years now. Hardly anyone uses voice chat in WWZ. That's because the game isn't that complicated. Co-op follows a linear path, like an arcade shooter. Instead, they just use the visual/character commands. It'll show a checkbox for yes (they'll say stuff like "good job"). An X is for no (they say stuff like "sorry"). Targeting something with T, etc, says "look at this" or "look what I found", etc. Still very useful.
I could see it being useful for multi-player. Although, Co-op is the game's best strength, which I love, BTW. My fav game, in fact. So don't get too worried about voice chat. It's not really needed.
They had a Twiter update talking about the new horde mode and crossplay voice chat.
how about fk epic
