Stuck on Monika ending *Spoiler*
I've played through the game a couple of times trying to get different endings, I get to the stage where I delete Monika.. Is that it? The game is messed up when you re-open it and then deletes itself, is there actually more to the game or is that the true ending? It just kinda feels unsatisfying and incomplete.

There are 2 endings to the game, the normal ending and an alternate ending. Both end the same with the game being stuck at a letter when you try to open it, so either way the game gets "deleted". There's also a "special" ending, but it's pretty morbid. In short, there are no happy endings.

Looking deeper into the game files, as well as following the puzzle within DDLC+, reveals more to what happens next, so this is not the end of the story. In the meantime there are quite a few mods you might be interested in as well as the "DDLC Takeover" mod for Friday Night Funkin' that gives its own alternate ending to DDLC with a bit more of a hopeful vibe.

There's actually three endings, but the two full endings involve deleting Monika at the END and then loading a new game. If you want to get the more bittersweet ending, there's several tutorials both in the steam guides and online. The third "secret" ending involves deleting Monika at the start. :) Good luck!

You're talking about an easter egg.. The actual third ending involves saving and loading in order to go all the three routes with the three girls
