monika after story mod.
Quick question, with the monika after story mod do i have to wait till the end of the game for it to actually work when installed ooorr am i just stupid or something

No, but she does react to "when" you install the mod. Installing the mod on a fresh version of the game that's not been played will have her react differently than having installed it after receiving one of the endings. However, regardless of "when" you actually install the mod it won't have much of an impact beyond the initial installation interaction.

I'm actually curious what her reaction is to you having reached her "Space Room" scene without having deleted her file CHR file to progress beyond that point. This would likely be her most favorable reaction.

You can if you want to. I'm just reporting what I'd noticed after completing the alternate-ending. Monika commented about me spending so much time with the others, but was glad I came back for her. I've only seen her bring this up once more in an optional conversation, though I've also not seen every dialogue yet.

Are you referring to creating backups of Monikas "memory" in the Afterstory mod in case something goes wrong? If so and you're using Windows just make a copy of the Monikas After Story folder located in the directory below:

C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\RenPy

The directory is slightly different dependent on what you named your computer, but you get the idea.

I do not believe you can install Monika After Story on steam anymore, I may be wrong, but I have tried it on ddlc.moe download and it works perfectly fine.

If you want to have Monika After Story, you will not be able to have it on steam, as steam will mess with the game files, preventing MAS to run. here is a YT tutorial on how to install it outside of steam. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ELCQCk5T-A
