Modding help needed

i followed the instructions in the fandom on how to get mods but for some reason it wont work. (im trying to use the purist mod) can anybody guide me to help? (i use windows)

Not everyone has enough time in the world.

Installing mods is typically as easy as you think. Just drop the contents of the mod itself into your DDLC directory and that's it. If the Purist mod includes a game folder, just drag and drop it or take whatever is inside the folder and put it into your existing DDLC game's folder.

If you are trying to install another mod the best thing to do is to go into steam and remove the game, then go into the DDLC folder and delete any remaining files to ensure the prior mod was successfully removed. After, reinstall through steam then add the new mod.
