A spoiler-free guide/hints to alternate endings? (spoilers)
I got the ending of telling Sayuri I love her, she kills herself, then Yuri kills herself after saying I don't love her, then Just Monika, then Sayuri becoming the president and the game "corrupting" and forcing a reinstall.

I had a big archive of save files setup until the game deleted them all :|

I'm afraid of searching out help because I've already gotten a couple spoilers by not even looking for them. You can't even google yuri without urbandictionary giving you a spoiler about her. And apparently you can't even click the "guides" button without seeing Sayuri hanging

To get the most well known alternate ending, do the following: play the game up to the day of the festival, save, then start over. Repeat this until you have seen every CG, then proceed to finish the day of the festival with one of the saves. DO NOT enter Sayori's house on the festival day until after you've done the above; that's the point of no return.

Okay, seems like the only significant alt ending is still 98% the same.

The way everyone spoke of Yuri, I was expecting a totally different character arc where she hurts you.

Nope. In all honesty, the game is pretty much identical except for the last couple minutes. Which is not to say that it's meaningless, only that you wouldn't even know you were on track to reach a different ending without prior knowledge.

Actually, I think you can enter her house without worrying about your saves, but that's also pretty much your last chance to reload and get the Good Ending.

Once you see Sayori hanging around , THAT'S when the point of no return hits.

Eh, details details. Best to cut out at the earliest point you're sure you can still turn back.
