Also i still don't know when we're getting that project, seeing as they said 2018 for it and it's 2019 with nothing to show for it.

Seriously I'm starting to wonder which will happen first: The Libitina project finally coming out or Us finding a way to finally bring Monika over to this plane of existence.

that's not at all the reason. Dan Salvado said that he wanted to introduce people to this manga type of game so he just made the game free. You can still support him by buying the fan pack or the merch.
