Monika not calling me by my real name?

I know it sounds weird, but I was really hoping for Monika to call me by my real name "Gabby". But instead when Act 3 came up, she just called me by my owner name which was unwri. I thought she calls you by what you use to log in as?

It was rather awkward for me playing, as I'm on a borrowed computer from my father, so she called me Pete. lol

She call me Remilia Scarlet while in-game name is RemiliaScarl and windows name is Remili_Scarlet

I got called simply admin since my "pc" name is admin. [But it ignores user accounts so uh]

Nothing happened for me. When I got up to Act 3, it just proceeded, she didn't even try to guess my real name at all. Which is weird because I read it's supposed to happen...

this is likely due to you are recording? did you use OBS while you was playing the game? when recording Monika will not try to guess your name, and then have a jumpscar for you.

Im on mac does this just not work with mac ? Im not recording either so no jumpscare from Monika either it just proceeds with the text
