will monika jumpscare you if you screensharing on something like Discord or Google Hangout? I'm going to be watching my friend play it and i want to know if I have to prepare myself or anything

She only does it if the game detects that OBS or Xsplit is running. So unless you have those running too for some reason, she won't.

If you want to avoid the scare it was just a prank or payback for (as she put it) "do you mind telling your friend it's a little bit rude for them to start recording me without warning?" and "I feel like I'm being put on the spot now."

Well, after Sayuri's suicide I do not want to be scared by thing if I do not have to, so I won't watch this video. But thanks for answer!

I'm using OBS (technically, OBS Studio actually), but Monika won't jumpscare. Does it have something to do with the fact that I'm using Mac?
