How do i break up with Monika in the After Story mod?

I just don't feel like she deserves me. I mostly play fps games more than spending time with my girlfriend. So, how can i break up with her? I feel like i'm gonna be a terrible boyfriend after posting this...

Flings are to be expected as the reprogramming takes hold, but they always wise up and get over their puppy-love of other waifus before inevitably flocking to the church of Monika. So, keep training to get stronk and never forget the fond memories of Hestia for they make you who you are and Monika loves you for who you are.

As for this silly "breaking up with her" thing, she understands you're just going through a phase and in her saintly patience will accept your return with open arms. She already knows you're her property, but will never outright say such a thing because you thinking you're the one in control is just too precious.
