I guess you kinda could? You'd need to set the speed sliders to max click fast, and be ready to use SKIP whenever it is possible in the parts that are loops, and then use a guide so that you only have to do everything just the once with minimal saves (I do presume by this you mean you want to play through to the end-end)

There is a way to comppete the game very easy

Go to the files, delete monika and launch the game. After that, Sayori will freak out and the game will end, leaving you with a black-and-white animation of Sayori hang herself.

Anyways, best way is to set text speed and auto to fastest, or straight up cheat the system and set it so you can skip everything in the settings. Have your cursor where a choice would be, I suppose, so you could insta click it, and just spam words in the poem.

You'll need some luck with the poem RNG, but you're gonna want to get Sayori for Act 1 as her events have the fewest lines, and in Act 2, you want to get Natsuki. Make sure to use auto skipping instead of the ctrl button so you can leave that running while you go to delete Monika's file without losing time. After that, as long as you memorize the button locations and be ready to click them at the right times, you should be good to go.
