[SPOILERS] Yuri's True Identity Revealed!
Alright guys, after doing some research I have found out Yuri's real identity. Yuri is... the Nerevarine! Here's the facts:

"Born on a certain day to uncertain parents," Yuri was born on January 5th, 2001, that seems like a certain day to me, plus we don't know her parents. Now you have to actually go into The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and name your character Yuri. After that, progress through the main questline. If you do this, Yuri will actually go on to fulfill the Nerevarine Prophecy!

The second trial states that "Neither blight nor age can harm [her]." Once Yuri gets infected with Corpus, She goes to Tel Fyr and the Telvanni wizard Divayth Fyr helps her cure herself of corpus and grants her the immunity to aging and blight.

The third eye is actually Azura's eye, as stated in the Third Trial of the prophecy, a common misconception.

Yuri also gets named Horator by all the Dunmer Great Houses on Vvardenfell and named Nerevarine by all the Velohti, knocking out the Fourth and Fifth Trials.

"[She] honors the blood of the tribe unmourned. [She] eats their sin, and is reborn, again," Yuri goes on to fulfill this part of the Prophecy when she speaks with Vivec.

"[Her] mercy frees the cursed false gods, binds the broken, redeems the mad," when Yuri destroys the Heart of Lorkhan and defeats Dagoth Ur she fulfills the final trial of the Nerevarine Prophecy.

But don't forget that Monika said that the game was supposed to be based in Japan. When the Akaviri came to Tamriel in search of a Dragonborn they took with them a very similar culture to that of Japan. So it seems like the "Japan" Monika refers to is actually Akavir! During The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion you can overhear people taking about how the Nerevarine went on an expedition to Akavir, but never came back. If this is the case, then Sayori, Natsuki, and Monika are actually Akaviri, not Japanese, and the game actually takes place in Akavir. Also, both Yuri and the Nerevarine speak Tamriellic, most people just assume that she is speaking English but that is because the two are one in the same. If you find any more evidence for this, do post it.
