Yuri eye glitch

I knew alot about this game before i played it for the first time so the common scares and glitches left me unimpressed. But then came a scene where I talked with Yuri alone and she started to bleed out of one eye. I never saw this before and it really scared me. Did somebody saw that scene too?

And the second new and scary thing was when Monika tried to write a poem and messed the whole thing up. The blue windows error screen appeared and seconds later she was in front of it and said "Well, I guess I kinda messed up at, uhhh...writing this poem"
Was that a rare scene too?

About monika's messed up poem...not remember correctly but it probably should activate when at sharing the poems ,ya chose Monika or Yuri first,sorry for not remember more exactly.
