Report a translation problem
That the center contains encoded data. It kinda looks like a QR code, but it is missing the corner squares. If you translate the black and white grid into binary, then decode from base64 it reveals a message from Monika.

I was hoping for more of an artistic meaning myself, but getting some more Monika dialog is really nice too.
EDIT: typo, added thoughts.
The poem about the colors and everything is about how she is stuck in the game, wishing to be free, but is always forced to stay in the files, trapped in a colorlful fantasy.
The poem about the girl killing herself when she finds out her love relates to Yuri, who's character file was messed with, and how she killed herself when you say that you love her.
The poem about Papa represents Nastuki's abuse.
The poem about the bottled happy thoughts represents how Sayori tries to be happy for others, but the moment they know something is wrong, she panics.
I know that some of the poems don't relate to Monika, but these poems are explained!
