I don't know what monika afterstory is, I didn't specify what I was talking about in my OP because I didn't want to give spoilers.

You know the space room where you get at the end with just monika and you, and monika always has new stuff to say as you wait, but she runs out of new things eventually and repeats herself. What I was talking about was a mod that greatly increases the number of things she says.

Nevermind, I've downloaded and installed the mod, though there are some dialogues in the mod that kiiiiind of feels like a bit out of character for Monika, I'm afraid. They are subtle, but noticable if you know the characters and their opinions well enough.

Well, it's a mod that replicates exactly what you've asked for, it's still being polished, it's not fully out yet. And I believe that it won't stop being updated, because that's the main premise of it, adding more dialogues & content into it. It would just be silly if dialogues would eventually stop and you'd need to delete the mod and forget about it.
Though, it's hard to add new dialogues that are canon, just imagine being the person writing the scripts, if it were to be canon, they won't have anything to update the mod with, since they would have already dried out every topic possible.

no, it's apparent even when it comes to romantic opinions of Monika where she said a certain thing in the original game she almost kind of retcons in the mod lol
