Okay so I know everyone says that Yuri has the third eye and all that, and while that is probable, I have a thought.
What if it's Monika?
Hear me out.
So say shes stuck into this 'world' aka the game, (she even says she doesn't belong), and they make it so she has no path, no love, and they make her WANT the love, and the only way she can do it is if she becomes aware that it's a game, and opens her third eye, the eye into the real world. Once she does this she tries to change the world, but becomes uncaring and blood thirsty (as it says she would with it open) and kills her 'friends' in order to reach her goal. Even in the end though, she's stuck there now, unable to escape the game, unable to close the third eye.
Doki Doki Literature Club IS Project Libitina

It's not Monika.
Yuri doesn't have the "third eye" either. She has the book Third Eye, which is a metaphor that anyone can have the Third Eye, but only one person at a time.

The Third Eye in the game is the President position in the Literary Club, aka, an "Administrator" level file access. It's how Monika is able to delete other charaters in game, change their parameters (feeling more depression, etc...). She was the President at the time, so had system level access to the game. It's also why she mentions she just shortly ago had an epiphany (she only just "became" the president of the club), and her first poem is clearly that of someone who's just been able to see the the world beyond their original view point (aka, it's a program with everyone acting on basic script level, not being real.) She then uses these new powers but because they are so new, they kind of backfire (aka, suicides), which she does indicate that she didn't expect that to happen (again, a sign of never having used powers and not fully understanding them).

Monika also says she is all those things and does them because she see's everything is just scripts and code, which can be deleted and restored with no one the wiser (which she does do). Code like that doesn't die, it just is. No more then when your minion dies in any other game. It's just code and you see it for just that.

After you play without Monika, Sayori is now the President (aka, an Administrator), and she mentions she knows everything that happened, indicating she does have those powers Monika had. Showing she now has the "Third Eye". (She would know from reading the history logs, why deleting all the save games will revert everything back to square one, no history logs, no changes, now every character starts as their default as they are now just scripts again, and Monika is reset back into the President position).

I'm honestly just trying to connect it between Project Libitina. It doesn't seem like an upcoming game to me, but rather references to another world. But I honestly don't know. I'm not Dan, nor do I work with him. I can only therorize.
I get what you're saying is that Admin = Third Eye, but I meant that a bit too. I just imagine this as my theory, that Project Libitina is DDLC and that it's an experiment, they're stuck into a game (AR maybe IDK), and have to open their third eye to try to become aware. Bit of Inception (awareness of dreams) meets Black Mirror/Altered Carbon (fighting the dream/sim to get out). My thought is that it's training them to resist this kind of mind control/trapping/sim situation.
