Installing the Just Yuri mod
So i tried to install the Just Yuri mod but the thing tells me that i have played Monika AfterStory just once on my computer. It told to save directory (%appdata%\RenPy\ for Windows, ~/.renpy/ on Linux/Other, and ~/Library/RenPy/ on macOS) and delete the folder named "Monika After Story\/". But i couldn't find it anywhere. I need help. Where can i find that file?

I had the same issue. I typed %appdata% into the middle bar in file explorer and the folder was there. Don't know if this helps.
