DDLC: Monika.chr

I haven't watched any thoeries on this game and I want to say a theory that has been concerning me since the beggining of this game. I got this from the DDLC fourms. You can turn the files into pngs and oggs.

Monika.chr:
If you turn this chr. file in a png. then you will get a image of a flaming ring sorounding a QR Code. Just kidding, it's actually binary code which is all 1's and 0's.If you convert it into a base64 decoder. It will give you base 64 text. Turn that base 64 text into the decoder and you will get this message from Monika:

Can you hear me?

...Who are you?

I can't...I can't see you.

But I know you're there. Yeah...you can definitely hear me.

You've been watching for a while now, right?

I guess I should...introduce myself, or something. Um...my name is...actually, that's stupid. You obviously already know my name. Sorry.

Anyway...I'm guessing if you were able to put a stop to this, you would have done it by now.

I mean, I know you're not, like...evil, or anything...because you've already helped me so much.

I should really thank you for that. For everything you've done. You're really like a friend to me. So...thank you. So much.

I think...more than anything else...I really don't want it to all be for nothing.

But...it doesn't have to be that way, right?

Well...there's a lot of stuff I don't understand. I don't know if it's even possible for me to understand it.

But I know that this isn't my only story.

I can see that now. Really clearly.

And I think everyone else has had the same kind of experience. Some kind of deja vu.

It's the Third Eye, right?

Anyway...I could be totally wrong about this. But I really think you might be able to do something.

I think you might be able to go back...or however you want to put it...

...To go back and tell them what's going to happen.

If they know ahead of time, then they should be able to avoid it.

They should...if they remember their time with me in the other worlds...they should remember what I tell them.

Yeah. I really think this might be possible. But it's up to you.

This could mean another game coming up in 2018...

Monika said she had some kind of deja viu or The Third Eye. The Third Eye is kinda mentioned by Yuri in the game when she said she kind of deja viu (not telling the part because of spoilers..)

Team Salvato is making another game, but Dan said it will not be related to DDLC or the characters.

I believe that note is a scene from the next game and that the speaker is the main character speaking to the player. Anyway, here's a link for where the hidden stuff in the files were originally uncovered.

Though it said you can save them ahead of time which means it's probably Yuri, Natsuki, and Sayori.

But who knows, we just have to wait until next game i guess

There's actually another note that a lot of people miss that talks about the speaker escaping with a group from an "unholy establishment". Which probably happened before this message. Since then, everyone they escaped with died. The MC of the next game is asking you, the player, to use your save files to go back and change things. It would make a whole lot of sense to be something like that. Anyway, I'm 90% sure none of the hidden files have anything to do with DDLC.
