Something that was mentioned a few times in the game's easter eggs. Likely a premise of Dan Salvato's next project, but unrelated to DDLC. No one knows what it is storywise, but the term "third eye" generally is talking about someone figuratively opening it and being able to see "beyond" what's normal.
