I dont think so.
These 2 games have very different mechanics and other aspects that I cannot link them both.
Maybe like a Monica, Yuri, etc. outfit for Ayano but thats it.

I dont see the point of these 2 to get a crossover.

They should definitely do an easter egg or something. Either one in DDLC about Yandere Sim or viceversa.
