That is the third "you've unlocked a special poem" prompt in Act 2. But you see it no matter what you choose.

To get the "best" ending just write the poems to one of the girls first than save before sayori kills herself and start a new game, write the poems for a diffirent girl save again before sayori kills herself repeat for the last girl. make sure in one of these playthroughs you confess your love to sayori. After this just continue the story, every girl will still get deleted but after you delete monika and start act 4 sayori doesn't go all monika on you but she says nice things and the game ends with a message from Dan Salvato. There is no better ending than this, hope this helps.
