Ever since I saw what happened to Sayori, I started to think about it.... ALOT more than I should have. I've been starting to lose sleep over it. I can't focus in high school and my afterschool activities have started to become more boring.
When I tell myself to stop thinking about it, I think about it more.

How do I get this game off my mind

I mean to be fair, the game screwed with me as well since I happened to imagine myself in said position as if it were real life.

I mean think about it, imagine if your best friend from since you were kids and hopefully (depending on which route you took) soon to be girlfriend killed themself.

Take some deep breaths to start. I used to have the same problem but with other thoughts. you have to redirect your mind to something else. it takes time and doesnt always work at first but dpn't get frustrated, keep trying it'll work eventually.
Also remember that it is a game.

I played a game as a kid that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ me up really bad. It had the creepy strange unnerving but normal sounding music and alot of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up gore. like really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up gore with saws and ♥♥♥♥. Ugh i forgot what it was called but it scarred me as a kid. i know that feels.
