It's the special poem #3, the "nothingisreal" poem, here it's the uncensored version:

Irregular heartbeat. Heart palpitations. Arrhythmia. I search and search, eyes scanning everything I can find on their symptoms. What is this? Shortness of breath? Chest pain? Dizziness? No. This is all wrong. Elyssa's symptoms are nowhere near this simple. I've seen it twice now. The screams of pain. Sickeningly pale skin. Vomiting blood. There is no other explanation, other than that Renier's information was a complete and utter lie.
This can't all be coincidence. It's not possible. I don't know how much of this Renier is behind. But I do know this: There is something horribly wrong with this family. And I accepted the invitation to become a part of it.
I can hear Elyssa's screams through the walls now. I listen helplessly. Renier said that he would be with her shortly. Is he in her room now? Why is she screaming even louder than before?

After Sayori’s Death I couldn’t sleep all night because of that creepy music... And the scariest moment was when I left my pc in sleeping mode with DDLC open and at 4am my pc turned on for sone reason, later it started to play DDLC theme... It scared the f outta me...

On the day that I beat the game, I couldn't sleep, so I decided to play the game again (quite some logic). I open a new game to the secret ending, cause I tampered around with the monika files. The game closed, so I was like "whatever" and reopened it to the words END with Sayori hanging in black and white. I was even more terrified than before.

Oh geez, if you delete Monika too soon Sayori breaks the game when you hit new game. But you gotta open it first, then delete Monika, then hit new game.

Definitly the Natsuki neck break. But also the Yuri eye thing where shes just staring at you while jerking her eyes around and breathes heavily. ever since I started playing the game, I havent had a normal dream yet, just nightmares and anxiety swells. but it wasent the scares that got me, really the tense dialouge between natsuki and yuri and the ♥♥♥♥ theyd say about eachother, it just felt so unnatural and disturbing. however after beating the game, knowing it was monika that made them like that, i felt a little better. hopefully no more nightmares, its finals time damnit!

I couldn't get up at night anymore after seeing here eyes like that, I felt like she was going to creep up behind me and stab me with her eyes twitching. I never thought an anime character with realistic eyes slapped on their face would scare me that much,,,

Well like i said. we had a discussion on here for this sort of thing but trolls always seem to creep up and ruin the fun. I do also appreciate that its a discussion however. and until its ruined by some trolls id love to continue it. Some people just need to talk some things out or share an experience. I know i sure as hell do.

Yeah, I'm proud of my creation, it's helped me deal with the weird feelings I had after the game and I got to find out about some other people's theories and experiences.
