All I can say is I feel exceedingly uneasy after reading that.
Urrrrgh.
Natsuki's is a distorted face.

Sayori's file is an audio file.
I think Natsuki's is a distorted picture of her, or someone else, mirrored at the center, either way it just appears to be a picture of some kind, nothing to decode there. I don't know what Monika's file is yet. I've opened and explored all of them. I think it's just a picture like Natsuki's. I think it's supposed to represent the "hole" she looked out through to see our reality, the one she talks about in her first poem. Except this time we're the one looking in, so all we see is code. Maybe supposedly the code that makes up Monika? Who knows. As for Sayori's file (which you might have noticed does not open with google chrome): Through googling I found that it was actually an Ogg audio file. I don't know what it means that it's ogg not mp3, but you can simply open it in windows standard audio player. I don't know how I'm supposed to interpret what the audio file contains though. Maybe it's coded aswell? Like if you reverse it, play it at a different pitch, or something like that. You find some message in it. Or maybe there's also audo coding methods, like with writing just with changing the sounds instead of the letters. Although I don't know about anything like that, so I'm lost there. It also just might be creepy noise for the sake of being creepy.
The hidden QR code in one of the Character files leads to http://projectlibitina.com , which some suggest references the dev's next game. Libitina is a goddess of death, funerals, and burials. The website shows a government document referencing a "test subject" experiment, named XXXXX [Monika?]. Who has been verified to be self-harming like Yuri was, and has psychic and violent tendencies.
As Monika dicates, you and her were the only "real" people in the "game." Is it possible the other girls were figments of her broken mind? Could this psychic reach be someone who needs help, or an evil one seeking escape? This is my speculation, and there are endless out there.
When looking at the "history" during scenes that produce the black, jumbled code it will actually show repeated lines over and over in normal, readable text.
During data-mining, a text document of dialogue was found where M o n i k a, d u h shuns you for being "naughty" and searching for secrets in the files. (Which she will also accuse you of "cheating" if you delete her before a new game.)
She will also call you by your real life or computer's name during the end scene, control your mouse at some points, trigger anti-viruses on purpose if you ALT F4.
It's amazing how much effort was put into this gaming experience and how much community interaction it inspires, and in fact requires. I am mind-blown. It's this kind of love the gaming world and creative world needs.

This is my best image but it seems stretched on the bottom so maybe that's because it doesn't work... I dunno, I can't scan this one anyway: can anyone try it again, maybe better than me?
