DDLC downloading as a .app?

Whenever I go to download the game, it downloads a .app file called DDLC.app, and when I then try to launch the game it says that the file is locked. I went into the properties and one of the only items inside was a file called MacOS. Help? I wanna play the game.

That's what comes up when I try to play it.

I reinstall and it brigns up the same messae

Nope, not a virus. It says that the file is locked. Downloaded the game from their site and tried moving over said file, but I couldn't move it even though I'm the admin.

I have the same exact problem at the moment, I cannot play it and like he said I cannot move it/edit it. (Not admin)

Go to your antivirus chest. I had this issue as well while using avast. Your antivirus detects it as malacious. (probaby because like a lot of program it needs access to edit files) Try adding an exception in your antivirus and maybe revalidating your cache.
