[HELP] *SPOILERS* Game frozen

PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED. THANKS SO MUCH FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP.

Fixed by verifying game cache (Right click on the game title in steam, go to the "Local Files" tab, and click on Verify Game Failes/Cache) which should redownload the Sayori,chr file. Game should be able to be relaunched without any problems. Hope this helps anyone else out.

I just finished the route where Sayori ends up killing herself and my computer crashed in the middle of the scene. After I started up my computer again and launched the game, the game starts in a black screen that says "END" and goes to a black and white static-y picture of a hanging Sayori. I can't seem to skip/change the scene. HELP ME PLS ;-;

No, I've tried almost every key on my keyboard.

Iunno how it happened, because that shouldn't be happening. You might have to replay it again since that should only happen once you delete all character files. What should happen is you close the game and come back to the original selection screen to hit new game again.

Unless you are hitting continue in which the game is basically a game over screen there and you have to delete your data. I hope that fixes it!

Whenever I try to restart the game and open it up again it goes right to the screen, no main menu screen or anything.

i even already got EXTREMELY terrified since reading her last poem handed by monika..

damn i really have to play some cheerful music after that scene for a while before actually continuing to see the end. (already knew it since that poem anyway, so didn't really get surprised here)

Alright, well I hate to say it but you might have to restart the game. Your first arc appears to have you do Sayori's Route from what I've seen, so if the game is bugged just stick the sucker into overdrive by lowering the auto rate so it reads through it quicker, raise the text speed and get a drink or a snack and just wait for it to get back to that part. Sucks to hear it happened or maybe it's something I don't understand, but I do know there is more to the game.

Maybe try restoring sayori's .chr file? If that doesn't work, I can share my savefile with you, if you want. However, it is set up for a good ending. If you want to work for it yourself, you might wanna ask someone else.
Since I am currently trying to find interesting ways to break the game, I'd very much appreciate it if you shared your save! If you could upload the following folder C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\DDLC-1454445547 as a zip archive, that would be very nice!

The problem is, I cant restart the game. Everytime I launch the game, it instantly goes to

Yeah, you waited for ten minutes on the screen bud, that is for an ARG thing they are doing. Sorry if it does haunt you, I played the game late at night to. Mistakes we all make but yeah, don't mind it all too much unless it seems relevant. But you are going to have to restart the game. I could add you and try to help further if things aren't working right.

Not gonna lie I thought it was intentional at first so I went here to check. I don't want to open the game again because my first save file is THAT picture omfg
